Once you’ve hit that “order” button and your goodies are on their way, we are unable to process refunds or cancellations. But don’t worry, it’s not the end of the world—we’ve got some options for you!

Exchanges & Store Credits:

Before you place your order, channel your inner fashionista and measure twice, click once! If you’ve chosen the wrong size or your heart changes its mind once the package arrives, we can’t issue a refund, but we’re always ready to discuss an exchange or a store credit to keep your style flowing! 💌
Reach out to us at villavibesoffice@gmail.com, and let’s chat! If you’ve got the go-ahead, just return your item in its original glory (unworn and untouched!), and we’ll sort out an exchange or a shiny credit code for you—just minus the shipping fee!

  • If your item is over $75, consider using an Australia Post tracking service for peace of mind!
  • Our return window is a breezy 28 days. So don’t dilly-dally!
  • Unfortunately, if you try to return clearance items, or items that have been spruced up with large discounts, we can’t accept those back. 🎁

Exchanges & Refunds:

If your item arrives defective or damaged—or if there’s a “major problem” (like a garment that’s seen better days)—we’re happy to help with a replacement or a refund. 🚀 However, we understand that sometimes things don’t meet expectations. If it’s just a little loose thread here and there or something that doesn’t quite match what you envisioned, we kindly let you know that we can’t process refunds for those items – only store credits.

When to Reach Out:

If we accidentally sent you the wrong item or if there’s a big stain or significant difference from what you saw online, please don’t hesitate to get in touch! Just a friendly reminder: slight variations in colour can occur due to different screen settings, so those aren’t eligible for refunds.

  2. Keep it pristine! Make sure your item is unworn, unwashed, and nestled in its original packaging.
  3. Shipping time! After we get back to you, you’ll need to cover the return shipping. Please tuck a note in the package with your name and order number, and don’t forget to email us your return tracking number!
  4. We’ll take it from there! Once we receive your item in perfect condition, we’ll get to work on processing your Exchange, Online Store Credit, or Refund.

  • Global Warehousing: Our fabulous products are sourced from warehouses around the globe! In the rare case that the item you ordered isn’t available at our primary warehouse in Australia, we may need to fetch it from one of our other locations. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure you receive your order! 🌍
  • Approved Delivery Addresses: Unfortunately, our courier cannot deliver to parcel lockers or P O Boxes so be sure to give us a home or work address for a fast delivery.
